Green Chicken introduces a quality all-natural organic fertilizer for the retail nursery, commercial landscaping, athletic field and the home lawn and garden markets. Green Chicken Organic Fertilizer products contain a minimum N-P-K formula of 2-1-1.5 and are manufactured by a patented composting process and formula using poultry litter as the basic feedstock. • Green Chicken Organic Fertilizer feeds the soil! Our patented formula produces a quality CALCIUM-RICH natural organic fertilizer that enriches the soil and feeds the soil microbe population. Calcium improves the soil structure and helps bind organic and inorganic particles together, which works to break down heavy clay soils.  Green Chicken Organic Fertilizer provides broad micro-nutrient chemistry to the soil in "elemental" form, not synthesized as chemical compounds. The nitrogen found in our organic fertilizer is largely insoluble. Soil bacteria, or microbes as they are commonly called, feed on the Green Chicken Organic Fertilizer and change the form of the insoluble ammonium nitrogen into the plant-usable form – NO3 nitrate nitrogen – SLOWLY and NATURALLY!!!!  The resultant microbe bloom will convert the nitrogen into ALL the essential amino acids and feed the plants.  A healthy growing medium will produce healthy plants, allowing them to access a full complement of micronutrients from the soil. Plants able to get nitrogen in this way will not be subject to the burning that is traditionally associated with uncomposted manure products or synthetic fertilizers. • Green Chicken Organic Fertilizer supplies organic complex carbohydrates (polysaccharides) to the soil.  These energy sources are normally supplied to plants by insects, worms, grubs and microbes.             Green Chicken Organic Fertilizer is a CALCIUM-RICH composted product with healthy microbes that contribute to polysaccharide fixation and feed the depleted soil.  Other micronutrients present make their major contribution to plant growth as constituents of the enzyme and hormone systems and participate in biochemical oxidation and reduction reactions.             The enzyme nitrogenase provides a site for combining nitrogen with hydrogen to form ammonium in the fixation of atmospheric nitrogen. Enzymes are not destroyed in this natural reaction, but are used over and over again.
